…working with Hattie and TopHat on July 4th this year was real pleasure. We had planned our largest and most complicated Independence day reception for many years and Top Hat’s catering staff provided 2500 guests with a wonderful array of delicious canapés. Hattie also managed over 100 waiting staff and waiters for the bars ensuring that everyone was organized and clearly knew their duties. Hattie’s attention to detail, forward planning and flexibility made the event a huge success and really raised the bar for next year.”
