New Head Chef


We are thrilled to welcome our newest recruit to the TopHat team, former head chef of Tapenade and By Word of Mouth, Gary Farquarson.   Gary has over 20 years of experience delivering luxury event catering in some of London's most unique venues for up to 2000 guests as well as fine dining in a number of restaurants.    His modern style of British cooking complements TopHat's signature food and he is already impressing clients.  We are looking forward to introducing him to you all very soon.
